The Officers of the Association shall consist of a President, Vice President, an Executive Director and six Directors who, together with the Ex-officio members, shall constitute the Executive Board of the Rural Municipal Administrators’ Association.

The Ex-Officio members of the Board shall be:

1. The Immediate Past President of the Association
2. The Incumbent for the time being of the Office of President of the Saskatchewan Association of Rural Municipalities.
   The Executive Board shall conduct and administer the affairs of the Association on behalf of the Association.
